There are many eatables which are labelled as healthy out there. Certainly, we are not aware of the fact that how much unhealthy those eatables can be. The branding of a particular product with good packaging influences us to buy their product. Eventually, the products can make us confusing and misleading as they add tagline like whole grain, natural, pure. These words confuse us and push the consumer to buy. The words used in the packaging are not enough to know the quantity that what is being used in the wrapper or sealed bottle.
With the advancement and technology, the eatables which can be easily cooked or made in the home are being purchased by shops. These products should be avoided too much. As to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle one must avoid consuming. The eatables or readymade foods in tins available which are packed are injurious to health and can cause severe diseases. 1-100 PERCENT FRUIT JUICE
We all have seen many advertisements which ensures you that these packed juices are 100 percent pure with no added sugar or colour. Do you think it’s for real? Then you are wrong! These juices are just waste of money. These juices are not pure at all and not the perfect diet which can be used as morning breakfast. Avoid using these packed juices as much as possible.
It might be possible that these have a slight caloric version. But that does not mean that you are eating half of a box in just one sitting. Try avoid these crackers as it is not a good idea for your health.
3-FROZEN DIET MEALS
Frozen meals are the deadliest eatable of them all. These contain many unhealthy ingredients which you cannot imagine. Try not to use these frozen meals they might be convenient for you but eventually, in the long run, would destroy your health.
Healthy drinks should be avoided whether its a weight loss shakes, breakfast juices, or vitamin-infused water. If you want to stay hydrated the real food is the best way to get nutrition, not the artificial mixes bottles.
5-100-Calorie Packs of Cookies
Try to avoid eating a pack of cookies as these are not enough to fill one’s appetite. These cookies contain less than one gram of fibre along with a high amount of sugar. Eventually leading a person leaving hunger and they could have the urge to eat another snack in no time.
Muffins are usually liked by people and people loves to eat it. The fact people don’t know that these cupcakes contain 400 + calories and enough sugar to fill a snack.
Margarine contains a huge amount of butter and fats. Therefore, it should be avoided to have a good health.
Rice cakes are not healthy snacks it doesn’t contain any nutrition or calories.
9- “REAL” Fruit Snacks
These fruit snacks are never filled up with real fruits these are just name tagged with them just to fool the buyers hence, avoid buying these snacks.
10- PACKED MILK
Packed milk is nothing they don’t contain any nutrients or energy, Instead of using packed milk try using open milk and drink it after boiling.
