To know about the basic tips for health and fitness we should first clearly understand the real sense meaning of what is health and fitness basically. In simple language, we can say that health is one that anyone can have without having any complication regarding diseases and problems. If a person is not suffering from any type of physical illness and problem in his life then he considered being the one in healthy persons. Physically fit person means that he doesn’t have excessive weight. His BMI (Body Mass Index) is right according to his height and weight. So we can say that being physically healthy and fit in life add years to a normal person’s life as the Famous Buddha says about health is

Health is the major process of metabolism efficiency as if your metabolites system is functioning well then you will not suffer from lots of minor and major health problems in life. Healthy metabolism helps to increase the functionality of other body parts which results in a decrease of problems and diseases. There are lots of matters in life in which we just cannot focus and remain busy in spending our life in our own way. These little habits of life which sometimes seem to be little can create a lot of problems in someone life and affects his health and fitness.

Many people drink juices and soft drinks but fresh water is much better than these soft drinks because it’s natural and pure and increases the efficiency of the person’s mind and body.

One can be fit and healthy if he improves his diet and eating habits. Usage of fresh fruits, juices, and vegetables improves the body system and increases the years of life. A balanced diet with necessary nutrients of life helps the mind and body to perform in the best way which is the sign of healthiness.
