When Sarah DeArmond was a kid she was being teased about her weight as she was too skinny. Sarah in an interview with Take It All Off! Keep It All Off! where she said “My metabolism must have been great because I got away with eating fattening foods like mashed potatoes and fried chicken. It was basically a time-tested playbook stories and secrets who dropped not 20, 30, 50 but 100 pounds!
Sarah since her childhood she used to take dance classes for around 10 years and was involved in physical activities. By the time she joined college she eventually switched to fast food habit. Afterwards because of eating fast food rich in high calories also she lacked physical activities in her college time. She already gained 15 pounds after her schooling and she further gained weight when she got married in the year 2009. She added we just microwaved pizzas or cheesy pasta every night”.
WAKE—UP CALL: Sarah eventually noticed that she is getting fatter as her size 14 pants were getting tight. By the time her weight hit 200 pounds after her marriage.
SUCCESS SECRETS: In the year 2013, Sarah started to lose weight. She searched for certain recipes on Pinterest in order reduce weight. As she started overhauling her diet the recipes she searched for featured protein diet such as turkey, chicken which being cooked. She turned to home-made cooked foods instead of frozen or microwaving dinners.
Sarah got an expert on how to reduce weight without sacrificing certain flavours and spices. She further added: “I felt so much better than I honestly didn’t even miss my greasy go-to foods,” she says.
Now Sarah has finally reduced 100 pounds. She says: “I had no idea that I would end up losing 100 pounds,” she says. “This has been such a blessing.”

Switch to brown food. White food turns into sugar in your stomach.

Sarah’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!
A boiled egg and a fat-free yoghurt.
1 cup of brown rice, 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce, and 1/2 of baked crab meat. Oh, and a sprinkle of sea salt!
Broiled fish with Season-All seasoning and a single serving of sweet potato fries.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Mozzarella cheese sticks with Panko crumbs and Season-All seasoning baked in the oven.
Fish oil and a multivitamin.
