If your diet lack in one of the essential nutrients then it will result in many such other problems like weight gain, poor health matters, physically and mentally weak person, poor performance, improper growth in children and minor problems like infections which in turn changes to major ones which leads to death. Proper diet plan has the ability to improve the metabolism of the body. Correct metabolism facilitates the body to remain in shape by not eating much and as according to the daily consumption of the calories.

So in my judgments we all should have a focus on our eating habits, we should follow the dietary plans and take only those meals which are mostly necessary and healthy for us.
