Fashion week is not only about clothes. Run is basically a preview of everything altogether such as hair looks and makeup trends you are going to see everywhere in next season.
If you want to know the main emphasis of the New York Fashion Week, then we must tell you they are giving us the major indication of next season’s makeup. Which is all about the eyes. Girls prefer wearing black liquid eyeliner but now they will be focusing on the gold glitter at Ulla Johnson and smudgy smoky eyes at Tom Ford, both ways you are going to replace your eyeliner. So, it’s all about new fashion trends, especially in hairstyles. This time New York Fashion Week worked on hairstyles also. As for hair, expect wave spray to still be one of your most-used hair products. Beachy, undone waves were all over the runways including Creatures of Comfort.
Following are the fashion trends and hair looks we have rounded up that are the biggest fall 2018 beauty trends from the NYFW runways.

Black liquid eye makeup has been on trend. But now, it has been replaced with gold glitter and you can pair it with romantic braided updos. Ulla Johnson created the style along with Lead stylist Esther Langham for amika sprayed the brand’s Un.Done Volume and Matte Texture Spray throughout the models’ hair for added body and texture before braiding it and pinning it up.
Tom Ford brought back the 80’s style back. The wide leather and lurex headbands the models wore at Tom Ford. Orlando Pita styled the model’s hair in messy look updos and to give them a fine look, he used the bobby pins and accessories by retro. As for the makeup, the black eyeshadow was haloed and smudged around models like Kaia Gerber’s eyes.
Adam Selman created hair look of 80’s and early era. He made up the hair styled as “wet look” accessorized with swept bangs, and graphic cat eyes with swipes of neon blue eyeshadow. Hairstylist James Pecis creating the models’ faux bangs by wetting the left front section of models’ hair and spritzing it.
CREATURES OF COMFORT
Wash-and-go hair, aka your go-to look on weekday mornings. Tresemme global stylist Justin Marjan, air dry, hair of the models by using diffuser where needed. She locked in their natural textures.
According to Jeremy Scott, everyone in the year 3000 will have a neon bob with blunt bangs and negative space cat eyes. GHD fashion week ambassador Eugene Souleiman used Ghd gold to straightened the model’s wigs.
The banana clip is back. Guido Palau slicked the models’ hair back and held everything in place with your favourite ‘90s hair accessory.

Sunshine-inspired eye shadow and neon yellow were swiped on the entire eyelid up into the crease. Orlando Pita styled their hair in messy textured updos that were held together by bobby pins and the retro hair accessory.
