1-INCREASE PROTEIN INTAKE IN YOUR DIET

There was a study regarding diet published in 2011 which says that women who have higher proteins and carbohydrates intake are likely to have greater weight loss result rather than the women who eat a standard diet. The women who intake proteins and carbohydrates can lose weight within 6 months than the women who eat a standard diet. This explains why women should intake proteins and carbohydrates in their PCOS diet in order to lose weight. I will suggest you to always go for foods which are rich in protein and carbohydrates.

2-ALWAYS TAKE INOSITOL

A study was conducted in Italy along with 92 women with PCOS. 47 Women were given 4g of Inositol per day along with 400 mcg Folic acids whereas other 45 women were given Folic acid only. Guess what the study concluded after 14 weeks which shows that the women who ate folic acid along with Inositol have higher tendency to lose weight rather than the women who only eat folic acid. The study clearly shows that Inositol is important for your intake if you want to lose weight while having PCOS. IT helps lose weight and also helps improvements in the metabolic maker.

3-TRY TO RESTRICT YOUR CALORIC DIET

This is much obvious and makes sense to all of us. Calories intake is the major issue with many women out there it is necessary to restrict your calorie intake. But the question arises how much calories women should intake then? A study suggests that women should intake 1200-1500 calories per day in order to lose weight in PCOS.

 4-Get Support

It is difficult to make lifestyle changes or diet changes instantly. We are always in need of support of someone and it is necessary to visit your doctor in order to lose weight. A study shows that women who visit the doctor have frequent weight loss rather than the women who didn’t. Hence you should approach doctor regularly in 6 months in order to lose weight. A doctor will always give you best lifestyle and healthy diet advice along with prescribed medication which you should follow.

5-EXERCISING

Exercise is hugely beneficial if you want to lose weight while having PCOS. Exercise helps a person to burn body fats. If you want to see obvious results it is necessary to follow a strict calorie diet while exercising to lose weight while having PCOS.
